For over 30 years, Jeff has worked with a select group of families and individuals to plan comprehensively and help them meet their most important financial goals. Through a proven planning process, Jeff understands what drives and motivates them in life, working to help them achieve their version of success. He is grateful for the relationships built with clients, and the opportunity to learn about their unique stories, opinions, and perspectives, ultimately guiding the financial experience both for the individual and our team.

After graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Economics from DePauw University in 1989, Jeff opened the Hilliard Lyons’ Martinsville Office and began his career as a Financial Advisor. In addition, he also serves as Branch Manager for the Bloomington and Franklin, Indiana Baird offices.

Outside of work, Jeff is an active member of the Rotary Club and First Presbyterian Church. He and his wife Joy reside in Bloomington, Indiana, and have two grown sons who share his love for jazz and baseball.

Vadim joined Baird in 2017 after a successful fifteen-year career building strong client relationships in the Automotive Sales industry. A native of Russia, he studied Linguistics and English at Khabarovsk Humanitarian University. Vadim and his wife Hilarie came to the United States over twenty years ago. As a Financial Advisor, Vadim is heavily focused on helping his clients with advanced financial and investment planning needs.

Vadim and his wife have four children: Daelan, Alina, Daria and Samara and all enjoy being active in their church community. They also love spending time outdoors at the family farm they own and operate.

Heather began her career in the wealth management industry in 2002. Over the course of her career, Heather has served in a variety of roles from Client Assistant to Operations Manager – always focused on providing the best possible service and support to both clients and company associates. She has also focused her efforts on leading marketing and branding initiatives for Financial Advisors and branch teams. 

Heather currently serves as the Branch Administrative Supervisor for the Bloomington, Martinsville and Franklin Indiana Baird branches. In this leadership role, she is primarily responsible for overseeing branch support staff, onboarding, training and branch communication efforts. In addition to these responsibilities, Heather provides professional support for the Branch Manager, each branch Financial Advisor and directly with The 3C Group.

In her free time, she enjoys attending community events in Bloomington & outdoor activities with her partner, Matt, their daughters, Savannah & Olivia, and two very active goldendoodles – Hoosier & Nala.
